Leona Lewis Collection | The Body Shop

One of the most enthusiastic and cruelty free limited edition collections of The Body Shop is the one that was made in cooperation with the famous singer Leona Lewis and the playful, spring design in packaging that reminiscents special technique of painting. The collection has in it the well known perfume White Musk Libertine (which is one of my favorites), a lovely and very soft powder brush, two shimmering palettes the Oh Deer!Blush and the Oh Deer!Bronze with wonderful luster , and fabulous lip glosses that have amazing flavor and a unique duration on the lips. For the Deerlicious Fuchsia I've talk to you again here and truly its brilliance and its color are among the most vivid and beautiful for a lip gloss!

On my visit however to The Body Shop I wanted to try the rest! Such a wonderful opportunity then to take some photos, so in case if you haven't yet seen up close the collection to get an idea.

Both the two palettes have three shades in, and the motif of a cheerful deer. Amazing frosty shine and great color performance. You can surely use them as eye shadows.

The lip glosses have 4 wonderful colors, starting from everyday transparent Deerlicious Petal to the intense fuchsia and summery Deerlicious Coral and Deerlicious Bronze ... Do you think something from this collection?

Μια από τις πιο ενθουσιώδης και cruelty free  περιορισμένης κυκλοφορίας συλλογές της The Body Shop είναι εκείνη με τη συνεργασία της, με τη γνωστή τραγουδίστρια Leona Lewis και με το παιχνιδιάρικο, ανοιξιάτικο σχέδιο στις συσκευασίες που θυμίζει ιδιαίτερη τεχνοτροπία ζωγραφικής. Η συλλογή διαθέτει το γνωστο άρωμα White Musk Libertine(που είναι από τα αγαπημένα μου), ένα υπέροχο και πολύ απαλό πινέλο πούδρας,  δυο  λαμπερές παλέτες τη  Oh Deer!Blush και τη Oh Deer!Bronze με θαυμάσια λάμψη, και υπέροχα lip glosses που έχουν καταπληκτικό άρωμα και μοναδική διάρκεια πάνω στα χείλη. Για το Deerlicious Fuchsia σας έχω ξαναμιλήσει εδώ και πραγματικά η λάμψη και το χρώμα του είναι από τα πιο ζωηρά και όμορφα για lip gloss!

Σε μια επίσκεψη μου ωστόσο στη The Body Shop ήθελα να δοκιμάσω και τα υπόλοιπα! Θαυμάσια λοιπόν ευκαιρία για να βγάλω και μερικές φωτογραφίες, έτσι ώστε αν δεν έχετε δει ακόμη από κοντά τη συλλογή να πάρετε μια ιδέα.

Και οι δυό οι παλέτες έχουν από τρεις αποχρώσεις μέσα, και μοτίβο το χαρούμενο ελαφάκι. Απίστευτη frosty λάμψη και υπέροχη απόδοση χρωμάτων. Σίγουρα μπορείς να τις χρησιμοποιήσεις και ώς σκιές ματιών.

Τα lip glosses έχουν και εκείνα 4 υπέροχα χρώματα, ξεκινώντας από το καθημερινό διάφανο Deerlicious Petal μέχρι το έντονο φούξια και τα καλοκαιρινά κοραλί Deerlicious Coral και Deerlicious Bronze...Εσείς σκέφτεστε κάτι από αυτή τη συλλογή;

DIY Anti-Cellulite Coffee Scrub!

May there be a madness with exfoliants that you can do it yourself, but I couldn't not let you know about my favorite which I use recently and has an intense aroma of coffee. This time you will not buy anything and you will find all the ingredients find in your kitchen and your bathroom. With four simple ingredients you'll make a body scrub that fights cellulite and offers velvety skin!

The only supplies you will need are:

Filter coffee or coffee Espresso (here I use Espresso) which after you've make, drink and enjoy it, don't throw away the gossypol ... as you usually did. Instead you'll keep as much as you need for the empty jar you are going to use. The coffee is also known that it reduces the appearance of cellulite, stimulates blood circulation and removes dead skin cells with excess ease.

2 tablespoons of sugar brown or white (will we stick to the color now?) which acts as a natural preservative and hampers development of microorganisms.

2 tablespoons extra of virgin olive oil which has soothing and antiseptic properties, while delays the aging process.

And lastly 2 tablespoons of your favorite shower gel (here I added the TBS Ginger & Sparkle shower gel). Although ther's no foaming, the shower gel helps the scrub to spread easily on the skin.

So you gonna tell me, it doesn't look very pretty! But I use it for some time and (do you think is from my joy?) my skin is wonderfully soft, radiant and toned, and some dry areas I had (not going to tell you where) are nearing to disappear! Thankfully from my DNA, I have minimal cellulite (again not going to tell you where) that now in the mirror I see it to appear faintly!

Will I continue using it while bathing?? Of course!!

 

ps. Don't forget to soak your skin before using it, to moisturize after bathing and keep the scrub in your fridge. Logically depending on the jar you are going to use you will have 4-5 uses.

Μπορεί να επικρατεί μια τρέλλα με τα απολεπιστικά που μπορείς να φτιάξεις μόνη σου, ωστόσο δε θα μπορούσα να μη σας ενημερώσω για το αγαπημένο μου που χρησιμοποιώ τελευταία και διαθέτει έντονο άρωμα καφέ. Αυτή τη φορά δε θα αγοράσεις τίποτα και όλα τα υλικά θα τα βρεις στη κουζίνα σου και στο μπάνιο σου. Με τέσσερα απλά υλικά θα φτιάξεις ένα απολεπιστικό σώματος που καταπολεμά τη κυτταρίτιδα και προσφέρει βελούδινη επιδερμίδα!

Τα μόνα υλικά που θα χρειαστείς είναι:

Καφές φίλτρου ή καφές Espresso(εδώ χρησιμοποιώ Espresso) τον οποίο αφού έχεις φτιάξει, έχεις πιει και έχεις απολάυσει, δε θα πετάξεις το κατακάθι...όπως έκανες συνήθως. Αντ'αυτού θα κρατήσεις όση ποσότητα χρειάζεσαι για το  άδειο βαζάκι που θα χρησιμοποιήσεις. Ο καφές ώς γνωστόν άλλωστε, μειώνει την εμφάνιση της κυτταρίτιδας, ενεργοποιεί τη κυκλοφορία του αίματος και απομακρύνει τα νεκρά κύτταρα με περίσσεια ευκολία.

2 κουταλιές ζάχαρη καστανή ή λευκή (στο χρώμα θα κολλήσουμε τώρα;) η οποία λειτουργεί ως φυσικό συντηρητικό και εμποδίζει την ανάπτυξη μικροοργανισμών.

2 κουταλιές αγνό παρθένο ελαιόλαδο το οποίο έχει μαλακτικές και αντισηπτικές ιδιότητες ενώ παράλληλα καθυστερεί τη διαδικασία γήρανσης.

Και τέλος 2 κουταλιές από το αγαπημένο σου αφρόλουτρο (εδώ πρόσθεσα το TBS Ginger & Sparkle shower gel). Αν και δε δημιουργείται αφρός, το αφρόλουτρο βοηθάει το scrub να απλώνεται εύκολα επάνω στην επιδερμίδα.

Ναι θα μου πεις, δε φαίνεται και πολύ όμορφο! Ομως το χρησιμοποιώ εδώ και αρκετό καιρό και (λέτε από τη χαρά μου;) η επιδερμίδα μου είναι υπέροχα απαλή, λαμπερή και τονωμένη, ενώ κάποιες ξηρές περιοχές που είχα (δε θα σας πω που) κοντεύουν να εξαφανιστούν! Ευτυχώς να είναι καλά το DNA μου, έχω ελάχιστη κυτταρίτιδα (πάλι δε θα σας πω που) την οποία πλέον στον καθρέπτη τη βλέπω να εμφανίζεται αχνά!

Θα συνεχίσω να το χρησιμοποιώ στο μπάνιο μου;; Εννοείται!!

 

υ.γ. Μη ξεχάσετε να βρέξετε την επιδερμίδα σας πρίν το χρησιμοποιήσετε, να την ενυδατώσετε μετά το μπάνιο και να διατηρείτε το scrub στο ψυγείο. Λογικά, ανάλογα με το βάζο που θα χρησιμοποιήσετε θα έχετε 4-5 απολεπίσεις.

Summer Mad For Coral!!

Always when the weather starts to be warmer I find myself looking for coral combinations in makeup, in accessories and more vivid colors, and summery playful ones in nail polishes and blushes. Favorite lipsticks at the moment are the Mac Vegas Volt, ,Maybelline Mango Diamond and MeMeMe Coral Cloak*. While I prefer the nails due regard to Korres Mango Sorbet and the new Maybelline Colorama Urban Coral that I highly reccomend you to try. The eyeshadow liquid Chanel Liquid Eyeshadow in 50 I will  use it as a base and has incredible duration and the mini sunscreen of Avene Eau Thermale with coral-orange packaging Cleanance SPF30* and Emulsion SPF50* that I'm trying lately and are suitable for sensitive and combination skins, find that they match wonderfully on my skin, give a matte finish and have a delightful fragrance.

It's too pity  that the eyeshadow palette Sleek Paraguaya is not available now... it has amazing hues of coral and peach in and suits beautifully to brown eyes. While definitely investing in an amazing bright coral blush for the summer (one I said, speaking to myself!) is a Must. Favorites and totally used recently are H&M Spring Flower Blusher*, the Korres in hue Zea Mays Blush 44 Orange, Bourjois Ambre D'Or and Mac Sunbasque in the fantastically bright warm coral color.

Τη σκια σε υγρη μορφή Chanel Liquid Eyeshadow in 50 θα τη χρησιμοποιώ ως βάση μιας και έχει απίστευτη διάρκεια ενώ τα mini αντηλιακά της Avene Eau Thermale με τη κοραλί-πορτοκαλί συσκευασία σε Cleanance SPF30* και Emulsion SPF50* που δοκιμάζω τελευταία και είναι κατάλληλα για ευαίσθητες και μικτές επιδερμίδες, βρίσκω ότι ταιριάζουν υπέροχα στην επιδερμίδα μου, δίνουν ματ αποτέλεσμα και έχουν ευχάριστο άρωμα.

Κρίμα που η παλέτα σκιών ματιών της Sleek Paraguaya δεν είναι διαθέσιμη πλέον... έχει καταπληκτικές αποχρώσεις του κοραλί και του σομόν μέσα που ταιριάζουν υπέροχα σε καστανά μάτια. Ενώ σίγουρα το να επενδύσεις σε ένα καταπληκτικό λαμπερό κοραλί ρουζ για το καλοκαίρι (σε ένα είπαμε, λέω στον εαυτό μου!) είναι Must. Αγαπημένα και απολύτως χρησιμοποιημένα τελευταία είναι το H&M Spring Flower Blusher*, το Korres στην απόχρωση Zea Mays Blush 44 Orange, το Bourjois Ambre D'Or και το Mac Sunbasque στο υπέροχα λαμπερό ζεστό κοραλί χρώμα.
